It is not recommended to perform a SmartNIC reflash w/o consulting with Netronome' support.
Reflashing the SmartNIC with the tools listed below may cause your setup to stop working.

Upon installing the package (as root or with sudo privileges) try the following command:
# nfp-fw-update -c
collect the output obtained and share it with Netronome support to receive further instructions.
